Items purchased and downloaded through CLB will be available immediately upon purchase.

Returns-Refunds

If you download a video on CLB and are unable to open the file or the file is incomplete (partial video), please contact us at support@clbnetwork.com. We will have a representative contact you to walk you through the process of retrieving your download or assess how to get the download to you.
 

Refunds are not given on downloads. However there are several options if you have an issue with a video you have downloaded. If it can be proven that the file attempted to be downloaded was corrupted or compromised, we will provide a credit for you to download a different video. There are exceptions to refunds if customer experiences the same problem on multiple occasions.


Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order from the time the order was placed to do so. You will be charged the $3.00 processing fee if you paid with a credit card.
